Grape varieties : 100% Grenache

Parcels : Le Coteau de l’Ange, planted in 1934.

Soils : Clay and limestone soils with large cobbles stones.

Yield : 25 hectolitres / hectare.

Pruning and works :  “Gobelet” style. The Syrah vines are trained on wires. The soil is tilled and the vines are treated only when necessary. The grapes are hand-picked and sorted.

De-stalking : 100 %

Pressing : Pneumatic press.

Winemaking : Whole harvest (no destremming) 5 weeks in concrete tank.

Aging : 100% of the harvest is aged in demi-muids and barrels For 12 months.

Châteauneuf du Pape Red

Grape varieties : 70% Grenache - 15% Syrah - 15% Mourvèdre

Parcels : Le Coteau de l’Ange, La Nerthe, Le Moulin à vent, Les Terres Blanches, Les Marines, La Rigole.

Soils :A large number of parcels have clay and limestone soils with worn pebbles.

Yield : 30 hectolitres / hectare.

Châteauneuf du Pape Blanc

Grape varieties : 30% Clairette - 25% Roussanne - 25% Grenache - 20% Bourboulenc

Parcels : Le Grand Devès, La Nerthe.

Soils : A surface area of 1.3 hectares, clay and limestone, vines 30 years old on average.

Yield : 30 hectolitres / hectare.

Pruning : vines trained on wires.
The soil is tilled and the vines are sprayed only when necessary.
The grapes are hand-picked and sorted.

Pressing : Pneumatic press

Vatting time : 70 % in temperature-controlled tanks, 30 % in new barrels with stirring of the lees.

Secret de l'Ange Châteauneuf du Pape

Grape varieties : 80% Mourvèdre - 20% Grenache

Parcels : La Nerthe, Les Terres Blanches.

Soils : Parcels with limestone soils and worn pebbles.

Yield : 30 hectolitres / hectare.

Pressing : pneumatic press.

Vatting Time : 3 weeks to 1 month.
80% Mourvèdre was vinifed and matured in conical tanks made of new oak.
The 20% Grenache was vinifed in concrete tanks and matured in conical oak tanks.

Grape varieties : 50% Grenache - 40% Syrah - 10% Marselan.

Parcels :  From parcels with sandy soils, vines 35 years old on average.

Soils : A large number of parcels have clay and limestone soils with worn pebbles.

Yield : 38 hectolitres per hectare.

Pruning : “Gobelet” style; the Syrah vines are trained on wires. The soil is tilled and the vines are sprayed only when necessary. The grapes are hand-picked and sorted.

Vatting time : 15 days to 3 weeks.

Côtes du Rhône -Cote de l'Ange

Vin de France white

Grape varieties : 70% Clairette rose - 30% Marsanne

Parcels : From parcels with sandy soils in Appellation Côtes du Rhône

Soils : A large number of parcels have clay and limestone soils with worn pebbles.

Yield : 40 hectolitres / hectare.

Pruning : ““Cordon de Royat” Style. The soil is tilled and the vines are treated only when necessary. The grapes are hand-picked and sorted.

De-stalking : 100 %

Pressing : Pneumatic press.

Vatting time : After direct pressing the grapes were vinified 100 % in temperature-controlled tanks.
