Grape varieties : 70% Grenache - 15% Syrah - 15% Mourvèdre

Parcels : Le Coteau de l’Ange, La Nerthe, Le Moulin à vent, Les Terres Blanches, Les Marines, La Rigole.

Soils :A large number of parcels have clay and limestone soils with worn pebbles.

Yield : 30 hectolitres / hectare.

De-stalking : 100 %

Pressing : Pneumatic press.

Châteauneuf du Pape Blanc

Grape varieties : 20% Grenache - 30% Clairette - 30% Bourboulenc - 20% Roussanne.

Parcels : Le Grand Devès, La Nerthe.

Soils : A surface area of 1.3 hectares, clay and limestone, vines 30 years old on average.

Yield : 30 hectolitres / hectare.

Pruning : vines trained on wires.
The soil is tilled and the vines are sprayed only when necessary.
The grapes are hand-picked and sorted.

De-stalking : 100 %

Pressing : Pneumatic press

Vatting time : 70 % in temperature-controlled tanks, 30 % in new barrels with stirring of the lees.

Côtes du Rhône

Grape varieties : 50% Grenache - 40% Syrah - 10% Marselan.

Parcels :  From parcels with sandy soils, vines 35 years old on average.

Soils : A large number of parcels have clay and limestone soils with worn pebbles.

Yield : 38 hectolitres per hectare.

Pruning : “Gobelet” style; the Syrah vines are trained on wires. The soil is tilled and the vines are sprayed only when necessary. The grapes are hand-picked and sorted.

Soils : Parcels with limestone soils and worn pebbles.
